Role Overview
Our Direct client is seeking a highly skilled
Orchestration Engineer
who will focus on translating complex business workflows into scalable technology-driven solutions using AI-powered orchestration tools. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between business processes and technical execution, playing a key role in building and scaling an orchestration framework. This is an urgent, high-impact opportunity with immediate start capability required.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business workflows, processes, and requirements into automated, technology-driven solutions
Design, implement, and optimize orchestration workflows using AI tools (e.g.,
SERVAL )
Collaborate closely with security, procurement, and cross-functional teams to align business and technology objectives
Act as a
lead contributor
in building the client's orchestration capabilities and frameworks
Evaluate current platforms and support the migration to new orchestration solutions
Drive efficiency and automation through intelligent workflow design
Provide technical guidance and best practices around orchestration and AI-driven process automation
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in
workflow orchestration , automation, or related engineering roles
Strong ability to translate
business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working with
AI-driven tools
or automation platforms (exposure to SERVAL is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent delivery environment
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
