These can be uploaded on the application under CV/Resume.**Responsibilities****Email communications development and execution*** Assists in the development, editing, and distribution of internal email communications for senior leadership, which may include the Office of the President and President’s Cabinet* Reviews and edits communications materials to ensure clarity, consistency, accessibility, and compliance with established editorial and brand standards* Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the preparation and delivery of email communications* Supports review and approval workflows to ensure materials are accurate and aligned with organizational messaging**Digital communications platform support*** Maintains email communication tools and systems, including updating distribution lists, audience groups, and user access within established platforms* Assists with scheduling and coordinating email communications using the university distribution calendar* Supports efforts to align messaging schedules and maintain consistency across internal communications**Communications operations and coordination*** Tracks communications tasks and requests using project management tools to support timelines and workflow coordination* Assists with updates to email templates, audience lists, and routine communications audits* Participates in project meetings and supports execution of email communications for key initiatives* Coordinates with internal teams to support delivery of communications across channels**Qualifications****Required Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications or a related field* Five years of communications and/or marketing experience**Preferred Qualifications*** Five years of experience in higher education communications* Ability to analyze complex information and transform it into simple, direct communications* Experience in the management of email marketing platforms* Experience in digital accessibility of electronic information resources* Demonstrated editorial skills to support consistency and clarity in messaging* Ability to communicate in writing, over the phone, and in person effectively to achieve desired outcomes**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage quick turn timelines and balance competing priorities* Strong problem-solving and project management skills, ability to prioritize work and manage within a fast-paced environment* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others* Ability to present information clearly and concisely* Ability to write clearly**Why Texas A&M University?**We are a prestigious university with strong traditions, Core Values, and a community of caring and collaboration.
