Responsibilities
Content & Systems Enablement: Act as a subject matter authority in translating talent strategy into scalable content, tools, and system-enabled solutions. Design and implement standardized frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits (succession, development, performance, promotions) for global use. Partner with HR Tech and COEs to integrate talent solutions into systems (e.g., Workday, Degreed), ensuring a seamless user experience. Define standards for content governance, version control, and global consistency.
Scalable Delivery & Deployment: Lead the development of scalable delivery models (digital, self-service, leader-led) to enable “one-to-many” execution. Reduce reliance on Talent Partners for program execution by shifting to system-enabled and manager-guided solutions. Lead all aspects of global rollout strategies, ensuring consistent deployment across geographies while allowing targeted localization. Lead cross-functional project teams to implement and scale solutions.
Talent Analytics & Insights: Develop and operationalize talent analytics frameworks and dashboards to support workforce planning and talent decisions. Apply sophisticated analytical judgment to generate insights on succession health, bench strength, and talent outcomes. Establish and standardize targets and metrics across talent programs. Collaborate with HR Analytics and employee planning to ensure alignment and data integrity.
Program Governance & Integration: Establish and lead governance models, operating rhythms, and decision frameworks for talent programs. Drive horizontal integration across the talent program ecosystem (Reach Performance, succession, executive development, learning). Ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across all talent initiatives globally. Identify gaps and lead efforts to eliminate duplication and streamline processes across COEs.
Strategic Partnership & Enablement: Partner closely with Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, and COEs to ensure solutions meet business needs. Serve as a bridge across functions, aligning partners on priorities, design, and execution. Enable Talent Partners with tools, insights, and resources that elevate strategic advisory capability. Incorporate field feedback to continuously improve solutions and scalability.
Impact & Scope: Decisions directly impact the success of talent programs and projects across sites and geographies. Drives enterprise consistency and scalability of talent solutions. Contributes to new standards, frameworks, and ways of working within Strategic Talent Partnering. Influences adoption and efficiency of global talent processes and systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
Demonstrated ability in talent management, HR strategy, or project / program management.
Proven ability to lead sophisticated, cross-functional projects.
Experience designing scalable, system-enabled solutions.
Strong data and analytics capability (dashboarding, insights, storytelling).
Experience working across multiple geographies and global programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HR systems (Workday) and learning platforms (Degreed).
Background in delivering talent processes at scale (succession, performance, workforce planning).
Experience building governance models and program integration frameworks.
