Stage Technical Play

SUMMARY

The position of Stage Technical (Play Only) will oversee the operation and maintenance of the sound and light equipment in the High School during the play.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee will be required to perform any other position-related duties requested by the Principal.
Assist High School play with their sound and lighting needs when using the auditorium.
Be present for all High School play rehearsals and performances or have an approved adult representative as approved by the High School administration.
Select, organize, maintain and oversee a well-trained stage crew responsible for sound, lights and props.
Communicate with the band and choral directors and building administrators for dates of High School play rehearsals and performances.
Prepare auditorium for the High School play as per requests and special needs.
Recommend to the administration improvements needed in the sound and light equipment.
Keep stage and projection areas clean and secure.
