The
Sales Finance Manager
oversees financial performance for U.S. sales operations, partnering with Sales and leadership to drive profitable growth. This role manages pricing, contracts, accounts receivable, reporting, and compliance, ensuring adherence to US GAAP and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Contracts: Review pricing, contracts, and deal structures to optimize margins and ensure compliance.
Risk & Controls: Identify and manage financial and credit risks; implement effective controls.
Trade Finance: Manage Letters of Credit and ensure compliance with banking and internal requirements.
Accounts Receivable: Oversee invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and aging to maintain healthy cash flow.
Financial Management: Own AR accounting, revenue balances, and related reconciliations.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide insights on revenue, margins, customer performance, and cash flow.
Commissions: Calculate and validate sales incentives and accruals.
Tax & Compliance: Ensure sales tax compliance and regulatory adherence.
Audit Support: Prepare documentation and support audits.
Planning & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Process Improvement: Enhance reporting, AR processes, and system efficiency.
Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
7+ years experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
3+ years experience in Sales Finance
Skills: Financial analysis, US GAAP knowledge, Excel/ERP proficiency, strong communication
