Salary : Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 with unlimited commission potential. On-target earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000+ based on experience, education, and market factors.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid (in-person in the San Francisco office with some remote flexibility)

Responsibilities

Develop new business by proactively generating new clients and building long‑lasting relationships with local and regional decision makers.

Create winning campaigns by designing custom, multi‑channel advertising solutions that blend audio, digital, events, and e‑commerce.

Exceed sales goals by meeting and surpassing sales objectives while ensuring clients’ needs are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of media sales experience, with a preference for radio and digital platforms.

Hunter mentality: Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.

Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing.

Goal‑oriented creative mindset that delivers innovative solutions for clients.

Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and social media advertising platforms.

Valid driver’s license, satisfactory motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance when required.
