Job Summary
The Graphic Design Manager oversees all visual communications for Lincoln Land Community College, serving as the steward of the college’s brand and visual identity. This role ensures a high standard of professional quality, creativity and consistency across all printed and digital materials used to advertise, promote and identify the college. Acting as the principal illustrator, designer and layout artist, the Graphic Design Manager leads the development and execution of compelling visual solutions that support institutional goals, enhance brand recognition and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
The Graphic Design Manager leads the creation and implementation of visual solutions that support institutional goals, ensures consistent brand communication across printed and digital assets, and maintains a high standard of professional quality, creativity and consistency in all materials used to promote the college.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design or related field.

Five years related experience.

Ability to work with Macs and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.

Ability to keep current with the latest graphic and layout software.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work with Premiere and Canva.

Familiarity with a digital asset management system and digital accessibility.

Ongoing professional development in graphic design and marketing trends.

Salary
Starting salary is likely to be between $64,946 and $86,943 per year with an excellent benefits package. The person hired into this position will be placed within this range based on education, training, experience, and skills.
