Driving high-velocity outbound sales, the full-time Senior Outbound Account Executive will build and manage a pipeline targeting small business owners, utilizing a parallel dialer to close new customers for SwipeSimple Connect in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Own and build an outbound sales pipeline through high-volume calling and targeted email outreach
Prospect defined small business segments using data-driven targeting to identify potential customers
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring accurate CRM logging and pipeline hygiene
Required qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments targeting SMBs
Experience with parallel dialers and managing high-volume call environments
Demonstrated success in quota attainment within an outbound or self-sourced pipeline role
Strong understanding of small business dynamics and consultative closing skills
Ability to quickly adapt to new sales tools and maintain CRM discipline
