Driving the corporate negotiated and consortia strategy for a portfolio of hotels, the full-time Central Services, Transient Sales Specialist will engage in market research, execute business development tactics, and leverage brand tools to enhance loyalty, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Establish and execute Transient sales strategies to grow negotiated market share
Conduct market and account research to identify business development opportunities
Report progress and performance metrics to property stakeholders and train new team members as needed

Required qualifications

3-5 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with CVENT Transient, Agency360, and Demand360
Exceptional negotiation and professional selling skills
Strong organizational and presentation abilities
