Senior Character Animator

To support a short-term project, the remote Senior Character Animator will create high-quality animations for live-action film and television productions while collaborating with various departments and adhering to the studio's quality standards.
Key responsibilities

Create high-quality, realistic animation for live-action productions
Collaborate with Animation, FX, Rigging, and Lighting departments to integrate shots seamlessly
Process and refine motion capture data in Maya to support character performances

Required qualifications

Professional experience as a 3D animator in film and/or television VFX
Strong proficiency animating in Maya from reference, with the ability to own shots through to final
Solid understanding of anatomy, weight, and physical movement
Hands-on experience working with motion capture data in Maya
Ability to thrive in a fast production environment with shifting priorities
