Program Coordinator

About the Role
PA Adult Services is seeking a Program Coordinator for three of our campus homes. In this role you will direct the daily operation of the assigned residential facility to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional and safety needs of individuals, in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee the Assistant Coordinator, residential program leaders, and residential staff, ensuring individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.

Oversee daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring high quality programming and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Center Leadership to implement best practices and ensure safety and health for residents.

Provide training and guidance to residential staff.

Qualifications

Minimum age 21 years old.

Valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited human services program.

At least 3 years of human services experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Empathetic, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic and creative.

Knowledge of behavior management and positive reinforcement theories.

Must complete eight days of new hire orientation class.

Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 75-100 lbs, and use computers as needed.

Must possess a valid license (if applicable to the role).
