Key responsibilities
Own and establish goals and strategies for the SEO/AEO team, aligning with organizational objectives
Develop team members through coaching and mentorship while ensuring high-quality technical SEO delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO/AEO recommendations and analyze data for strategy optimization
Required qualifications
8+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate SEO insights into business language
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms
Experience with technical SEO implementation, including indexation and crawl optimization
Track record of building and developing high-performing teams in a remote environment
