About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Graphic Designer who can do more than make things look good — you need to understand how they're built. In this role, you'll receive project specs and architectural drawings from our Project Management team and translate them into accurate, fabrication-ready sign designs. You won't be client-facing, but your work goes directly into production, so precision matters as much as aesthetics.

What You'll Do

Produce shop drawings and sign designs from architectural drawings and project specs handed off by PMs

Ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and meet project specifications

Work within brand standards and sign code requirements

Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to refine designs through the fabrication process

Manage multiple active projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in graphic design with a technical or architectural component

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents

Understanding of materials, fabrication methods, or construction processes — you don't need a license, but you need to understand how things get built

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadline

Experience in signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, or a related field is a plus but not required

$65,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience

10 days PTO (front-loaded after 90 days)

11 paid company holidays including a full Christmas week shutdown

Bi-annual performance reviews with salary increase eligibility
