Client Services Manager

Overview:
A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Client Service Manager to support real estate and alternative investment fund clients within a fund administration environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support multiple client relationships within real estate/private equity fund structures.

Act as a key escalation point for client service, fund accounting, investor relations, and operational matters.

Assist with fund launches, pricing models, fee proposals, client change requests, and service enhancements.

Lead ongoing client communications, quarterly service reviews, and relationship management initiatives.

Partner internally across operations, accounting, and service teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

You should have:

College Grad with 10+ years of experience within fund administration, real estate funds, private equity, or alternative investments.

Strong knowledge of real estate/private equity fund structures and investment operations.

Prior client service or relationship management experience required.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
