Key responsibilities
Manage all Pre-Authorization and Insurance Verification activities for physician and hospital services, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Lead and develop team members, fostering an inclusive workplace that encourages performance and collaboration
Initiate and manage change processes, communicating effectively to ensure commitment and support for organizational improvements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
Five (5) years of progressive experience in a related field
Understanding of principles, procedures, regulations, and policies related to the specialized expertise
