About the role
The Field Marketing Manageris responsible fordeveloping and executing account-level marketing strategies that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth across targeted accountswithinthe Americas region. This role partners closely with sales and revenue teams to align marketing efforts with commercialobjectives, ensuring coordinated, high-impact account engagement across the full customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Account-Level Marketing Strategy
Partnerwith sales to build and deliver marketing plans for key accounts
Contribute to regional digital strategy including demand generation channels, in close coordination with central marketing functions
Define persona-based engagement strategies and sequencing
Ensure effective coverage of buying committees within target accounts
Align marketing activities to key commercialpriorities and milestones
Campaign Execution (Multi-Channel)
Full ownershipandaccountability ofcampaignsacross digital, ,events and executive programs
Launch campaigns at the right time to support pipeline and revenue goals
Coordinate content usage and messaging across channels
Execute campaigns on schedule tothe correct audience to supportpipeline generation and revenue targets
Opportunity & Deal Acceleration
Supportactiveopportunities with tailored messaging and campaigns
Provideand tailorcontent such as case studies and customer proof points
Reinforce competitive positioning within strategic deals
Partner withsales to increase engagement from key stakeholders
Operate as the embedded marketing lead within commercial pods, partnering daily with AEs and SDRs to drive coordinated account engagement
Post-Sale & Expansion
Run campaigns to support onboarding and product adoption
Identifyandsupportcross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts
Support whitespace analysis and coverage strategies
Deliver campaigns to support renewals
Engagement Monitoring & Optimisation
Track and report on account-level engagement performance
Monitorstakeholders’engagementwith the content and stakeholder coverage
Use data to improve targeting,messagingand campaign performance
Report impact and insights tokeyinternalstakeholders
Champion AI-powered marketing workflows including Clay for data enrichment and prospecting, and generative AI tools for content and personalisation at scale
Key Skills & Experience
5+ Years proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or B2B marketing
Strong collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams
Expertisein multi-channel campaign execution
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking andoptimization
Ability to turn business goals into practical marketing plans
ProficiencyinMartechtools suchas Salesforce,Demandbase,Marketo,On24
Excellent written andspoken communication
