Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist at MercyOne, you will receive customer and family complaints, coordinate investigations, and aid in resolution through closure. You will serve as a consulting resource to leaders, physicians, and colleagues on matters related to the MercyOne experience. You will supply data summaries regarding the customer experience and provide opportunities for improvement. You will ensure that MercyOne is in compliance with grievance rules and regulations, and work in collaboration with the Eastern Division.

Monday - Friday days
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
More than 2 years of experience required
