The Role
FinMkt, Inc. seeks a Product Manager in New York, NY to organize technical, product and marketing initiatives supporting client and product enhancements/implementations. Requires a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field, or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience developing and enhancing point-of-sale lending technology for the financial services industry, including designing and implementing real-time system updates to support fraud detection, KYC, Customer Identification Program (CIP), and stipulations ensuring compliance and risk mitigation; managing and delivering projects in the point-of-sale lending space during product development; performing analysis to identify market opportunities and product positioning; using Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, documentation, project tracking, sprint planning, and backlog grooming within Agile frameworks including Kanban and Scrum; defining and managing product roadmaps for point-of-sale lending platforms and cross-functional alignment; ensuring roadmap initiatives are aligned with compliance requirements, customer experience goals, and revenue targets; performing lender API integrations, including tracking and testing via Postman, fraud and KYC rule implementation, credit decisioning workflows, underwriting criteria configuration, and distribution channel enablement across merchant and partner ecosystems. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Salary $115,000.00 – $120,000.00/year.
