Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

This role focuses on service, building relationships, and producing insurance sales for personal lines.

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults to meet insurance needs. This position requires an active Property & Casualty license and at least one year of experience in personal insurance sales.

Responsibilities

Follow up with prospects using the provided leads.

Quote and sell policies.

Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners.

Follow up and see tasks through to completion.

Appropriately document contacts and opportunities.

Act with professionalism in all interactions, using a sales and service mindset.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license.

Minimum one year experience in personal insurance sales.

Great multi‑tasking ability in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Organized and capable of planning and executing tasks efficiently.

Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
