Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance sales or account management experience.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong understanding of personal lines coverages and carrier underwriting guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Agency Zoom or a similar CRM platform.
Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
Experience working in a high-growth or sales-focused agency environment.
