Account Executive

About the role
Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider for direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our business through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets

Build relationships with decision-makers from marketing teams to procurement

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges

Sell solutions, including commercial print, direct mail, and marketing services

Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals

Track activity and opportunities in CRM

Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience in the print industry.

Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services.

Proven ability to prospect and generate new business.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM.
