Program Management - Program Manager III
A highly motivated and experienced Program Manager is sought to join a monetization incentives operations team. This role is critical in overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives for a deal registration program. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to drive results by working with partners across business and technical teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Legal to deliver programs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate business plans into tangible solutions that drive automation, including providing input on technical feasibility and trade-offs.
Develop internal and external communication, reports, and collateral needed for program execution.
Manage inbound questions, queries, and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A strong operational background with 5+ years of experience, focused on bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency. Demonstrated experience collaborating with technical teams, including Engineering, PM, and Data Engineering.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to develop meaningful insights. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with deal registration processes and partner programs, particularly in a tech, SaaS, or platform-based company.
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, including partner-led and direct sales motions.
A strong understanding of CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce, and deal registration tools.
Proven experience in Deal Desk, Incentives, and/or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of deal structuring and incentive program design.
Experience working in a matrix structure within a globally operating organization.
Soft Skills
A self-starter who is comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to connect disparate pieces of information with little supervision.
Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a rapidly evolving environment.
Location: New York, New York (Remote)
Compensation: $50 - $60 hourly
