This position involves managing the master timeline, holding cross-functional teams accountable, and proactively surfacing risks to leadership for timely intervention.
Key Responsibilities
Own the master tracker for all NPI milestones, dates, owners, and statuses, ensuring it is updated multiple times per week.
Maintain a forward view of all NPI deliverables, track dependencies, and send structured reminders to milestone owners.
Reconcile timeline conflicts between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
Issue critical flags for milestones at risk of significant delays, providing details on the risk, impact, and recommended actions.
Track the resolution of all critical flags from identification through mitigation.
Synthesize inputs from various workstream owners into decision-ready artifacts for leadership.
Develop institutional knowledge from each launch to identify process improvements and common failure points.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4-5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably at a large technology company or in strategy consulting. Skills: Candidates must possess the ability to synthesize inputs, frame decisions with trade-offs, and provide clear recommendations. The role requires strong prioritization skills and the ability to work autonomously through ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with comfort in producing decision-ready materials for leadership. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project tracking tools is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working against tight timelines with high-visibility deliverables.
Retail, hardware, or consumer electronics NPI experience is preferred.
Comfort navigating ambiguity, operating independently, and driving accountability without direct authority.
