Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in brand identity, special event programming, and marketing execution at Caesars New Orleans Casino and Hotel. The role includes planning and execution of events, advertising and promotion through social media, collaborating with food & beverage, banquets, gaming and Caesars Rewards, and managing the marketing budget and financial reporting. The Coordinator reports to the Manager of Marketing and works with Marketing, Advertising and Social Media leadership.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Assist with planning and executing special events from slot tournaments, dinners, gift giveaways, and promotional drawings

Be flexible in a high‑paced environment to complete job duties in a timely manner

Coordinate daily functions to prepare for promotions and events

Maintain promotional merchandise inventory

Update budget on a weekly basis

Accurately complete paperwork for all promotions, including finance requests

Continue to create a culture of fun in an entertaining atmosphere

Partner with manager for the execution of promotion campaigns for property, website and social media information

Maintain up‑to‑date information of casino events to ensure guests and employees receive accurate and prompt information

Work closely with all areas of marketing, operations, and IT to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data‑related issues

Manage the opening of job requests from various departments and ensure jobs are produced within campaign and brand parameters, on time and within budget

Ensure all signage is accurate, relevant and in good condition

Promote positive guest relations, while being a courteous, helpful team player

Meet the attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies

What You Will Need

Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, multitasking and flexibility with scheduling

Ability to work long hours, nights and weekends when required

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Canva

Three years of experience in promotions, productions or public relations

Positive team‑player attitude, good grooming appearance

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Ability to maneuver to all areas of the casino, including in and around pit areas

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items when necessary

Manual dexterity to operate typewriter, computer, 10‑key adding machine, photocopy and fax machine, telephone

Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests’ problems in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English

Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
