Skills We Seek
- Real‑world experience : 5‑7 years building software in high‑traffic production environments.
- Backend mastery : Highly proficient in Golang and ideally also JS/TS.
- AI fluency : You have integrated AI into your workflow for code and debugging.
- Solid fundamentals : Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Strong communication : Solid command of English (min. B2).
Preferred Qualities
- Figure it out gene : Enjoy solving problems without clear answers.
- Full‑stack flexibility : Willing to use PHP or other languages as needed.
- Cloud and infra comfort : Experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Mentoring mindset : Raise the bar for teammates through reviews and shared knowledge.
