Skills We Seek

Real‑world experience : 5‑7 years building software in high‑traffic production environments.

Backend mastery : Highly proficient in Golang and ideally also JS/TS.

AI fluency : You have integrated AI into your workflow for code and debugging.

Solid fundamentals : Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Strong communication : Solid command of English (min. B2).

Preferred Qualities

Figure it out gene : Enjoy solving problems without clear answers.

Full‑stack flexibility : Willing to use PHP or other languages as needed.

Cloud and infra comfort : Experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
