Studio DirectorAlloy Personal Training Snoqualmie is seeking a founding Studio Director to lead the studio launch and drive membership growth from day one.The Studio Director will be responsible for building a member base, leading all sales and consultations, developing the coaching team, and owning the studio's business performance from pre-sale through opening and beyond.This is not a passive management role. It is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for an experienced fitness professional who wants to own a business outcome, operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, and build something exceptional in the Snoqualmie market.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesDrive pre-sale membership enrollment and lead conversion from day oneLead all Starting Point consultations with prospective members including movement screen, goals discussion, InBody assessment, and follow-up processOwn member acquisition through local partnerships, community events, and digital marketingTrack and analyze KPIs including lead volume, booking rate, show rate, close rate, and attrition via MindbodyConduct monthly outreach to members with 8 or fewer visits in the last 30 daysAchieve membership, revenue, and utilization targetsLeadership & Team ManagementRecruit, hire, and train part-time coaching staffBuild a positive, high-accountability team cultureLead weekly staff meetings covering workouts, scheduling, and performance metricsConduct quarterly performance reviews for Head Coach and part-time coachesLead by example in work ethic, urgency, and ownershipOperational ExcellenceOversee daily studio operations in alignment with Alloy brand standardsImplement and enforce health, safety, and operational proceduresBe present during peak training times to provide leadership and supportManage expenses and operate within budgetEnsure consistent communication regarding performance metricsTraining & Studio SupportLead training sessions per week as neededMaintain a strong working knowledge of Alloy programming and coaching standardsBe capable of stepping in to support or cover sessions when necessaryKey Performance ExpectationsThis is a KPI-driven role. You will be measured on:Pre-sale enrollment and membership growthLead-to-close conversion rateShow rate for Starting Point consultationsMember retention and visit frequencyRevenue performance against targetsYou should be comfortable tracking numbers daily and adjusting strategy accordingly.Key Skills & AbilitiesSales Leadership: Proven ability to drive membership growth and close consultationsCommunity Builder: Comfortable representing the brand and building local relationshipsBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of KPIs and financial accountabilityOperational Discipline: Organized, systems-oriented, and detail-drivenSelf-Starter: Thrives in a launch environment with limited infrastructureQualifications2+ years of fitness studio management or equivalent leadership experienceDemonstrated track record of hitting membership sales targetsExperience building client relationships and community in a local marketComfortable operating in a startup or launch environmentProficiency with Mindbody or similar club management software preferredBoutique fitness or franchise experience preferredCPR/AED/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as neededDesired TraitsEntrepreneurial, competitive, and performance-drivenStrong communicator with authentic leadership presenceHigh energy and hands-on mindsetComfortable taking full ownership of resultsGrowth-oriented with interest in long-term opportunityGenuine passion for personal training and client transformationCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $75,000 annuallyBonus: Monthly performance bonus based on average membership
