Position: PRP Counselor (Catonsville and Dundalk)
We currently have openings and are seeking PRP Counselors to work at our Dundalk and Catonsville locations.
National Pike Health Center is a community‑based Outpatient Mental Health Center providing behavioral health counseling to individuals of all ages and families. With more than two locations, we are committed to delivering high‑quality services within a supportive community environment.
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PRP) Counselor is responsible for direct provision of rehabilitation and support services to participating consumers, including minors and adults. The role requires experience working with minors. The counselor visits consumers in their homes, communities, and program sites to deliver services as outlined in the Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP).
Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Work Location: In person/In the community
Responsibilities
Conduct regularly scheduled consumer visits.
Provide identified PRP rehabilitation and support services in accordance with the consumer's Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP).
Conduct rehabilitation groups and activities to address rehabilitation and support service needs.
Maintain required and consistent documentation for each client, including contact/progress notes, monthly summaries, and quarterly reviews.
Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
Share and transmit the mission and vision of National Pike Health Center to staff, clients, and families served.
Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure outcomes and practice requirements are met while taking into consideration the level of care of clients served.
Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, NPHC policy, and COMAR standards.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a health‑related field; an associate's degree in a health‑related field; 30 hours, or their equivalent, of college credit toward a bachelor's degree in a health‑related field; or 1 year of work experience in a supervised mental health setting.
