Customer Experience Specialist — Service & Order Support

TGI Office Automation is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care Team. This full-time role involves managing customer calls, placing service and supply orders, and ensuring data integrity. Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma and two years of customer service experience.
We offer a competitive salary between $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, along with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k). The work location is in-person in either Brooklyn, NY or Fort Lauderdale, FL.
