Edenred Mobility France is the second player in the market of fuels, multi-energy cards (including electric charging) and tolls in France. Its solutions allow fleets to optimize their management, reduce their fuel costs and facilitate the energy transition.

Within the Operations Directorate, we are looking for our future Business Excellence And Operation Intern for a 6-month internship in Montrouge (92), reporting to Veronique, Director of Operations.
Your impact
You act as the right hand of the management and contribute to the smooth running of the activities. In support of the different service areas, you play a key role in the fluidity of operations, the follow-up of activities and the continuous improvement of processes.
Your missions
Transversal support and help to teams:
Intervene in support of the teams on operational priorities and adapt to the needs of the different service areas. You contribute directly to the continuity of operations during periods of high activity.
Operations management:
Accompany the follow-up of activities, the update of indicators and the preparation of operational points. You bring visibility to the teams and help to structure the daily performance management.
Logistics:
Participate in the follow-up of flows, the identification of anomalies and the coordination with partners. You contribute to ensuring the reliability of logistics operations and to efficiently resolve incidents.
Continuous improvement:
Contribute to the optimization of processes, the update of procedures and the improvement of the customer experience. You actively participate in making operations more fluid, efficient and customer-oriented.
Your experiences and skills that will make your success
You are in a Bac+5 training (business school or engineering school) and are looking for a final year internship or a 6-month break. Mastery of English is indispensable.
