About DualEntry
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform for finance teams. Founded in 2024, the company has raised over $100M from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Google Ventures, and other leading investors. The platform serves companies ranging from $5M ARR businesses to NYSE-listed enterprises, replacing legacy ERP systems through AI-driven automation. The team includes leaders from Ramp, Meta, Microsoft, Lyft, PwC, Deloitte, JP Morgan, Bloomberg, Sage, Xero, and Intuit.
About the Role
This is a founding marketing leadership seat with full ownership of the marketing function — positioning, messaging, brand, demand generation, growth, and team building. You will partner directly with the Head of Sales and founders to establish DualEntry as the category leader in AI-native ERP.
What You’ll Own
Own the marketing function end to end
Lead positioning, messaging, brand, demand generation, and growth
Build and scale the marketing organization
Hire and mentor leaders across growth, product marketing, content, and paid media
Drive pipeline growth and channel strategy
Build operational rigor, reporting, KPIs, and marketing playbooks
Partner directly with the Head of Sales and founders
Establish category leadership in AI-native ERP
Requirements
6+ years of senior marketing experience
Experience scaling companies from Series A through Series D
Generalist marketing background with strength in multiple disciplines
Team leadership and management experience
Hands‑on execution ability
Demand generation and pipeline ownership
High agency and startup mindset
Ability to build processes from scratch
Experience selling to CFOs, finance leaders, or enterprise buyers preferred
Target Backgrounds
Strong signals include backgrounds from Ramp, Meta, Microsoft, Lyft, PwC, Deloitte, JP Morgan, Bloomberg, Sage, Xero, and Intuit — particularly seed‑to‑Series‑B founding or early employee experience in fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS marketing leadership. Ideal roles: Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, Growth Leader, Product Marketing Leader, Demand Generation Leader, Fintech Marketing Executive, or Early‑Stage GTM Executive.
