We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team. This person will own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal close while working closely with marketing, solutions engineering, and partnerships to deliver measurable business outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in solution-oriented selling, thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments, and brings deep curiosity for understanding a prospect's cloud, engineering, and financial goals.
What You'll Do
Own your territory strategy: from a list of core accounts, determine a plan to prioritize the most high potential companies and access key decision makers in the sales process, in concert with AWS and other partners.
Generate pipeline through a mix of inbound follow-up, outbound prospecting, and channel collaboration (AWS, MSPs, and consulting partners).
Lead consultative conversations with technical and business stakeholders, helping customers understand both the visibility and automation value of nOps.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless prospect and customer experience.
Forecast and manage pipeline in the CRM, providing accurate visibility into monthly and quarterly performance.
Participate in key customer events, driving attendance with the appropriate personas and ensuring consistent follow up post-event
Champion the voice of the customer, helping influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Bring
8–15 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, ideally with exposure to cloud, DevOps, or FinOps domains.
Proven success in both pipeline generation and closing roles, ideally within fast-growth or early-stage environments.
Ability to communicate complex technical and financial value propositions clearly to executives, engineers, and procurement teams.
Comfortable working remote-first and asynchronously across time zones.
