Job Title: Relationship Manager, Part-Time Contractual
Location: Illinois Virtual Schools & Academy (IVSA)
Job Overview:
IVSA is expanding our reach to focus on expanding our four programs: Full-Time Academy, Teacher Shortage Solutions, Next Chapter Credit Recovery Program, and our Supplemental Program. We are seeking candidates who can develop and maintain relationships in public and private schools across Illinois. The position is home-based and will
require extensive travel throughout the state (most of it being in central and southern IL)
. Excellent sales, account management, and presentation skills are needed. The Relationship Manager will focus on engaging local schools to promote and onboard them to IVSA services, strengthening IVSA's visibility and presence throughout the state, and ensuring successful collaboration and communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive School Partnership, Enrollment and Revenue Growth:
Identify and establish relationships with school districts across Illinois.
Conduct outreach through in-person and virtual meetings to introduce IVSA offerings and onboard new schools.
Create and conduct presentations to key stakeholders.
Provide continuous support to partner schools, addressing their needs and ensuring their success with IVSA's programs.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work with ROE Superintendent and IVSA Executive Director to align partnership strategies with organization goals.
Collaborate regularly with the IVSA staff to support program implementation and address challenges.
Tracking & Reporting:
Work with the IVSA Leadership team to create Key Performance Indicators and share progress against metrics each month.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with school districts, including meetings, phone calls, and Zoom sessions.
Generate regular reports on outreach activities, engagement metrics, and progress toward partnership goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights gathered from district interactions.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in education, or a related field.
Proven experience in educational outreach, sales, or relationship management.
Strong understanding of the educational landscape in Illinois, including familiarity with school district operations.
Experience working with Salesforce and with Microsoft Office.
Proficient in Account Management, ensuring that customer needs are met.
Excellent relationship builder, allowing all customers to feel that they are being heard.
Customer focused, responding in a timely manner and problem-solving for stakeholders regularly.
Ability to travel for in-person meetings and conferences.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and event management.
