Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We have partnered with a local company in Northbrook to hire a

Marketing Coordinator

to support sales, marketing, and resident engagement efforts within a professional community environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys a mix of administrative work, marketing support, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update Salesforce leads, ensuring timely follow-up
Assist with scheduling tours, events, and marketing activities
Support social media and promotional campaigns
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation
Prepare reports and assist with sales tracking
Provide front desk and guest support as needed
Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative, marketing, sales support, or customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency required
HubSpot experience a must
Experience with social media or digital marketing a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
