Corporate and M&A Legal Editor

Seeking an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor will create and maintain legal content, support AI-powered legal solutions, and collaborate with a team, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Research, write, and maintain practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
Review and edit content from colleagues and external contributors to ensure accuracy and relevance
Develop relationships with legal professionals and industry groups to keep content current and reflective of market practices

Required qualifications

Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer with a track record of leading complex M&A deals
Extensive knowledge of corporate law and experience with M&A agreements and advising senior management
Strong writing skills with a passion for creating clear and concise legal content
Experience using AI tools in legal work and a collaborative mindset for team projects
