Your Role As the MQ Technology at Lilly Sr. Director at our new Site at Virginia, you’ll spearhead the digital strategy, reporting to both the M&A IT AVP and the Manufacturing AVP Site Head Virginia. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our technological future.

Key Responsibilities Define and deploy the digital strategy for Virginia facility in alignment with the Global Tech at Lilly Strategy.
Guarantee digital operational readiness for site launch, integrating systems such as:
Infrastructure
SAP
Warehouse Management & Logistics
Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Data Historian and Real‑Time Floor Tracking
Comprehensive Data Management: Integration, Analytics
Digital Plant Innovations and Laboratory Information Management
CAPA Systems, Access Security, and Risk Management
Serve on the Site Leadership Team, drive digital strategy and foster a culture of excellence aligned with Lilly’s values.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team recruitment and development.
Lead talent management, including recognition, compensation, and succession planning.
Spearhead cGMP compliance and operational excellence initiatives.
Manage and control budget and capital.
Basic Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on manufacturing IT/OT leadership experience.
Preferences Expertise in MES, Data Integration, and Advanced Analytics.
Salary and Benefits Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $157,500 - $231,000.
Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
