Job Overview: Podium Entertainment is hiring a Web & Email Marketing Manager, to lead execution across SEO, website and email marketing channels. This role is detail-oriented, analytical, and content-focused, and will work closely with the entire marketing team to improve site & content performance, drive traffic, and support business goals across our owned channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Podium's website experience, including content updates, landing page creation, site structure, and ongoing performance improvements.
- Create, publish, and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts with SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search best practices in mind.
- Conduct keyword research, content audits, competitive analysis, and search performance reviews to identify opportunities for traffic growth and improved discoverability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues in partnership with the web dev team.
- Collaborate with web development to implement and maintain accurate tracking, tagging, and measurement through Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools.
- Monitor website performance through GA4 and other reporting tools, tracking key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and search visibility, and use insights to drive ongoing optimization.
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns & journeys/flows to drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyze email performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and implement ongoing optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall program effectiveness.
- Manage audience segmentation and database health to ensure relevant, personalized communication across customer touchpoints.
- Partner with social, creative, and title marketing teams to support broader marketing initiatives and repurpose content across owned channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in website management, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience managing CMS platforms, website updates, landing pages, and collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and improve site performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, technical web fundamentals, and emerging AI-driven search/GEO strategies.
- Experience managing email marketing programs, including campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics & backend tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ActiveCampaign and Builder.io or similar website tools and software.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization and website tagging (Google Tag Manager).
- Experience using Airtable for project or content management.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based work setting.
- Must be able to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from our office in El Segundo.
- General work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with the ability to work outside of normal hours for monthly close and time-sensitive projects.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move around the office as needed.
