Job Overview:
The Executive & Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support with a special focus on the Sales Department. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CDO and the sales team, ensuring seamless daily operations- 25% of workload.
- Provide marketing support with a specific focus on B-B outreach- 50% of workload.
- Overseeing all CRM tools used by the Team including HubSpot and TripleSeat- 25% of workload.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in entry-level project management, helping track deadlines, deliverables, and key initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, HubSpot, and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Organize and maintain digital files, marketing/ sales assets, and other critical documents.
- Handle general office tasks and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Marketing Degree is a requirement
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with either B-B or B-C marketing is a must.

- 3-5 years of project management, administrative or project coordination experience.
