Seeking a full-time Senior Market Research Manager, the successful candidate will manage mixed methods research projects focused on technology clients, translating data into actionable insights while collaborating with internal and external teams in a flexible remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage all phases of mixed methods research projects with an emphasis on quantitative research, including design, data analysis, and storytelling
Translate research data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through visual and narrative-driven reports
Build and maintain client relationships while providing guidance and feedback to team analysts throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or strategy, preferably with technology clients
B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including advanced data analysis techniques
Strong skills in data visualization using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
Proven ability to communicate insights effectively through storytelling and presentations
