Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of market research studies tailored to client objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and delivering research findings
Manage and mentor junior research team members while fostering a collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of professional market research experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Experience moderating qualitative interviews and focus groups with healthcare stakeholders
Proven experience managing and developing research teams
Strong client-facing experience with responsibility for managing client relationships and presentations
