WEBB Production is a leading event production company known for handling large-scale events (live, virtual and hybrid) across the United States and occasionally internationally. We collaborate closely with our clients to conceptualize, design, produce, build, staff , operate, and manage all aspects of their events.WHAT YOU'LL DOWEBB is looking for a Videographer / Editor to join our video production department and support the post‑production needs of our live & virtual events. Experience with shooting video and with post‑production is a must; experience in live events is preferred but not required. This position requires occasional travel. Work hours may fall on nights and weekends, depending on when events are active.ResponsibilitiesCapture video and photo content during live events, studio productions, interviews, and corporate shootsSpend full days on foot with a ~10lb camera rigEdit short‑form and long‑form video content for social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and event highlight videos using Adobe Premiere ProCreate motion graphics, text animations, and branded visual elements using Adobe After EffectsCollaborate with event producers, creative leads, and clients to develop engaging visual contentAssist with pre‑production planning including shot lists, gear prep, and creative brainstormingManage media organization, file naming, backups, and project/event archivesDeliver polished edits under tight deadlines while maintaining high production qualityQUALIFICATIONSExperience shooting and editing video for live events, studio productions, interviews, and corporate shootsAbility to work on foot for full days with a ~10lb camera rigStrong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for short‑form and long‑form video editingSkill in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, text animations, and branded visual elementsCollaborative mindset to work with event producers, creative leads, and clientsPlanning skills for pre‑production tasks such as shot lists, gear prep, and creative brainstormingOrganizational skills for media management, file naming, backups, and project/event archivesAbility to deliver polished edits under tight deadlines while maintaining high production qualitySupport same‑day or fast‑turnaround event content when neededMaintain consistency with client brand guidelines across multiple projectsWHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WEBBWe do great things.
