This role partners closely with executive leadership, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the organization's Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business objectivesServe as the enterprise expert on Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principlesLead a team, coach, and develop CI practitioners (Black Belts, Green Belts, CI Managers)Influence senior leadership to adopt and sustain CI behaviors and mindsetProgram ManagementIdentify, prioritize, and manage high-impact CI projects across operations, manufacturing, and support functionsEstablish governance, project selection criteria, and performance tracking systemsEnsure CI projects deliver measurable financial and operational benefitsLead kaizen events, value stream mapping, and breakthrough improvement initiativesOperational ExcellenceDrive standard work, visual management, 5S, problem-solving, and root cause analysisIntegrate CI principles into daily management systemsPartner with operations leaders to improve throughput, quality, safety, and costSupport capital projects and new product introductions with Lean design principlesMeasurement & ReportingDefine KPIs and dashboards to track CI performance and benefits realizationReport progress and results to executive leadershipValidate savings in partnership with FinanceChange Management & CultureBuild a sustainable culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityLead change management efforts to ensure adoption and long-term sustainabilityDeliver training and capability development at all levels of the organizationQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean Six Sigma rolesProven track record delivering large-scale improvement initiativesStrong leadership, facilitation, and influencing skillsExperience working cross-functionally in complex organizationsPreferredMaster's degree (MBA or MS Engineering)Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certificationExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environmentsStrong financial acumen and benefits validation experienceReporting RelationshipReports to: VP of OperationsSuccess MetricsYear-over-year productivity and cost improvementsCI project completion and benefits realizationAdoption of standard work and CI practicesEmployee engagement in continuous improvement initiativesAll applicants must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without needing any company sponsorshipEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
