Lead Our Team & Make an Impact! We are looking for an energetic, organized, and inspiring Director to lead our gym team and create an amazing experience for both staff and families. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, positive environment and loves coaching, motivating, and growing a team.
Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and motivating staff
Managing scheduling, operations, and team performance
Driving sales and membership growth
Delivering exceptional customer experiences for families
Planning events, camps, parties, and community outreach
Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Maintaining gym quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Creating a fun, positive, and energetic work culture

Qualifications

A confident and inspiring leader
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Positive, engaging, and team‑focused
Comfortable coaching and giving feedback
Experienced in management or leadership roles
Passionate about customer service and team development
Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
Bonus points if you have experience in Early childhood education, Coaching or gymnastics, Fitness or youth programs, Sales or customer service leadership
