Lead Our Team & Make an Impact! We are looking for an energetic, organized, and inspiring Director to lead our gym team and create an amazing experience for both staff and families. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, positive environment and loves coaching, motivating, and growing a team.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and motivating staff
- Managing scheduling, operations, and team performance
- Driving sales and membership growth
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences for families
- Planning events, camps, parties, and community outreach
- Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Maintaining gym quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Creating a fun, positive, and energetic work culture
Qualifications - We're Searching For Someone Who Is
- A confident and inspiring leader
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive, engaging, and team-focused
- Comfortable coaching and giving feedback
- Experienced in management or leadership roles
- Passionate about customer service and team development
- Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
Bonus points if you have experience in
Early childhood education, Coaching or gymnastics, Fitness or youth programs, Sales or customer service leadership
