In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation related to patient care, including reviewing and auditing records to ensure compliance with industry standards. You'll collaborate closely with staff to resolve any documentation issues, contribute to the development of quality assurance processes, and ensure that our documentation practices consistently support the high standards of care we provide. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations.Why Join Us?100% remote – work from homeRoom to grow – build QA & healthcare administration skillsInclusive culture – supportive, collaborative teamPaid time off (PTO)Paid U.S. holidaysPaid birthday leaveMonthly health stipendJob Description:Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all documentation which should be completed every day prior to the client's upcoming appointment.Review and audit documents and patient records (e.g. LOCUS/CASII, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, etc.) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant information and guidelinesIdentify areas where documentation is incomplete or inaccurate and work with the staff to correct any issuesHelp develop QA Processes for other teamsLead or support coaching sessions and training programs to newly hired therapists in the QA documentation process as needed.Skills/Knowledge:Ability to work independently in a remote settingAbility to adapt to industry changes in policies and proceduresDetail-oriented and strong organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skillsExcellent English language proficiency, written and spokenAbility to quickly learn, adapt and navigate different tools and resourcesStrong analytical and data‑gathering skillsAbility to work well with different personalitiesComfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independentlyAbility to work well within a teamStrong problem-solving skills with the capacity to quickly identify and address solutions to complex situationsQualifications/Requirements:Must have at least +2 years of QA experience, preferably in US Healthcare or mental health servicesCoaching experience is a plus.Experience in working remotely or in a BPO company is preferableSystem Requirements:Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Intel Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 4GB of RAM (recommended 8GB)Internet connection should have at least 10MbpsWork Hours:Full‑time (40 hours a week)Monday‑FridayBetween 8 AM-6 PM Pacific TimeIf you're passionate about precision and want to support mental‑health professionals behind the scenes, apply now and help us deliver excellent care, one accurate document at a time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
