Situation, a full-service agency building passionate communities for live experience-based clients like WICKED on Broadway, Empire State Building, and The Metropolitan Opera, seeks an Account Supervisor to lead the day-to-day success of clients in the Arts & Culture and Experiential Entertainment verticals. This role will report to the Account Group Director and will head operations of a client portfolio by deeply understanding their business and sales goals while building strong, collaborative relationships with client and internal teams.The selected candidate will demonstrate a deep knowledge of the cultural landscape and interest in the work of the clients in their portfolio; have a strong understanding of media strategy (especially digital media), and impeccable communication skills with both internal and external teams.What You'll Do The Account Supervisor serves as the primary communications lead between clients, partner agencies, and internal teams. They play a key role in executing the full funnel marketing plan for our arts and attractions clients, collaboration alongside counterparts in the Creative, Media and Social departments. The Account Supervisor is responsible for knowing our clients' businesses inside and out, and leading communications and workflow both internally and externally. They will manage day-to-day account operations autonomously, escalating decisions and issues to senior leadership as needed.Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in‑office four days per week (Monday‑Thursday).Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as the marketing director for each client, identifying needs and recommending proactive solutions where services can provide value.Own client and internal communications, engaging with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.Oversee budget management by creating detailed budget breakdowns and providing accurate revenue updates through biweekly pacing reports and ensuring payment of media invoices before media runs.Manage day-to-day account operations autonomously, escalating decisions and issues to senior leadership as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance marketing plans and expand service offerings within the client portfolio.Demonstrate leadership in all interactions, actively contributing to cross‑agency meetings and work shares while fostering collaboration with junior staff.Minimum 3‑4 years of marketing or client services experience within a nonprofit arts organization, or agency environmentSuperior attention to detail and time management skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsUnderstanding of and eagerness to learn about the digital space and developing technologiesWorking knowledge of digital and traditional media, including paid social, search, programmatic, email, OOH, print, audio & broadcastPassion for Live Entertainment, Experiences, and the ArtsPositive attitude and collaborative mindsetAbility to be flexible when priorities changeAbility to balance and prioritize a high workloadWe offer a competitive base salary and a range of benefits and perks:Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experienceHealth care plan (medical, dental and vision)Retirement plan with employer matchLife and disability insuranceGenerous paid time off package that includes vacation, sick, “life happens” days, birthdays, summer Fridays and public holidaysPaid family leaveCold brew coffee, snacks and fresh fruitWellness resourcesSpecial access to New York City's arts and entertainment scene#J-18808-Ljbffr
