We put patients first, operate with courage and trust, and foster a culture that values innovation, accountability, and a challenger mindset.Role OverviewArea Sales Manager is responsible for developing/managing sales strategy, and all processes related to commercialization efforts within the respective regions of responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution of the Company revenue plan and achievement of agreed business KPIsEstablishing and managing pricing of the Company's productsResponsible for all regulatory and institutional requirements for product introductionWork closely with Marketing to develop value proposition messaging based on clinical data and segment strategyRepresent Phagenesis at local or national US congresses in alignment with MarketingProviding feedback and direction to QA group based on clinical experiencePossess a degree in science
ursing/business and/or Pharma certificateAt least 5 years' sales experience in a sales driven environment in the medical devices / Pharma industry with demonstrated success, including sales operations within integrated health systems, purchasing groups and the VA organizationExperience of stroke, neurology, ICU or dysphagia marketsTraining others in use of medical devicesExperience of selling new products in new marketsExperience in selling capital equipmentDemonstrated success selling into complex medical/clinical settingsForecasting and business planning, including establishment of budgetsSkills & CapabilitiesPossess a positive attitude with willingness to learnWorking beyond normal working hours and weekends will be required from time to timeExcellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written)Possess a valid driver´s license#J-18808-Ljbffr
