Job SummaryPearson Technology is hiring an Account Executive to build strong client relationships and drive new business in our live event and AV services division. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven professional who understands the full scope of event production, can translate client needs into compelling solutions, and is passionate about providing exceptional service from pitch to project delivery.Responsibilities and DutiesCultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsIdentify client needs and propose tailored AV and production solutionsPrepare quotes, proposals, and budgets for eventsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of servicesAct as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycleAttend site visits, pre‑production meetings, and live events as neededMeet or exceed monthly and annual sales goalsOther tasksParticipate in marketing and networking events to grow businessMaintain accurate CRM records and reportingCollaborate with project managers, technicians, and warehouse teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectationsStay up to date with trends in event production and AV technologyQualifications and Skills2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client services in AV or live event productionExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and rapport quickly with a variety of stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environmentKnowledge of AV equipment and live event processes a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesTravelPearson Technology supports events worldwide, travel is necessary for this job.
