Assistant JH/HS Band Director

Starting Date: Jul 15, 2026Assistant Junior High/High School Band DirectorCarlisle ISD is now accepting applications for the assistant junior high/high school band director position. Primary duties include assisting the high school marching/concert band, team teaching the 7th grade band, teaching three 6th grade beginner classes, as well as a 5th grade music class that meets twice a week. Candidates with strong brass pedagogy experience are ideal; however all applicants will be considered.Carlisle ISD has been a consistent award‑winning program, having been a Class 1A/2A TMEA Honor Band six times and winning the UIL State Military Marching Contest five times.
