Responsibilities

Legal videographers at Caption Legal are responsible for capturing high-quality video recordings of depositions, court proceedings, and other legal matters.

Successful candidates will have experience with professional video equipment, knowledge of legal procedures, and a meticulous approach to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of video records.

We offer training in all areas.

Technical Skills and Certification

While certification as a Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) is preferred, it is not required.

All levels of experience should apply

A background in videography, paired with familiarity with legal protocols, will be essential to succeed in this role.

Hours

This is a contracted position

Work from home or in person

Depositions can last anywhere from 2 - 7 hours

Paid a minimum of 2-3 hours each job

Pay depends on experience and is negotiable
